The best biltong requires the best beef, that's why our friends at Inyama Biltong only source beef from small-scale, regenerative farms based in the South West. They are as passionate as we are about the unique qualities and health benefits of 100% grass fed beef. 

Inyama Biltong, based just few mere metres away from Pipers Farm HQ on our neighbour Steve's farm, are not only located a literal stone's throw away, but they happen to be true experts in their field and have created the best Biltong we have ever tried. 

They take whole muscles of grass fed beef, then expertly season and carefully air dry each cut until it has reached perfection. The meat is then thinly sliced and popped fresh into its packet.

This is truly a wonderful artisan product and a brilliant example of our local community working together to produce nourishing food.

Grass Fed Beef, Biltong Spice (Salt, Coriander, Pepper), Cracked Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Onion Powder, Vinegar, Worcester Sauce (Malt Vinegar (GLUTEN), Spirit Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, Salt, Anchovies (FISH), Tamarind Extract, Onions, Garlic, Spice, Flavourings).

Preservatives: Potassium Sorbate.

Ready to serve and snack. 

Because we do not use any preservatives, we recommend you consume our biltong shortly after receiving it to get the best flavour. Store in a cool dark place and follow use by instructions on the pack.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
