These little plump potato dumplings have been handmade using the finest Italian ingredients. They are light, airy and full of flavour.
Extremely versatile, they can be dressed up in so many different ways. From a simple sauce of butter, fresh sage leaves and Parmesan to a rich tomato sauce.
To cook, place the gnocchi into boiling water for a few minutes or if you prefer them crispy pan fry them in butter.
