Ribeye Steak comprises three muscles in total, including the eye muscle that runs through the sirloin as well as the chuck. The generous marbling of fat running through the meat guarantees maximum flavour. 

Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Ribeye Steaks is one of the most popular steaks we sell and it's no wonder, the rich beefy flavour of the meat is incased with moreish fat that crisps and renders in the pan - resulting in a sublime steak. 

Once hung on the bone for four weeks, the depth of flavour and sweet tender meat of our Grass Fed Ribeye Steak is something pretty special. 

We love sizzling this steak over hot coals on the BBQ, creating the most amazing caramelised fat and smokey flavour. 

 Each steak weighs approximately 200g.

100% Grass Fed Beef

Defrost the steaks by placing them into a bowl of cool water (still in their packaging). They should thaw in less than 10 minutes. Once thawed, remove the steaks from their packaging and dry them all over using a kitchen towel. Season well with good quality pure Sea Salt. 

Take a castiron pan and heat it until it is very hot. Without adding any oil, place the steak in the centre of the pan. 

Cook on one side for three minutes.

Turn over and cook on the other side for three minutes, until the juices start to appear.

Cook for a total of six minutes, then rest uncovered for at least 10 minutes.

Ghee is perfect for making hollandaise sauce, as it is essentially meticulously clarified butter. This version has the key ingredients of a classic Café de Paris butter, it is a perfect partner to our Grass Fed Beef Rib Eye Steak.
