Why we love this
Our Grass Fed Beef Sandwich Steaks are fantastically tasty and so quick to cook. Sandwich steaks are traditionally called 'minute steak' as they only need a minute flashed in a pan, for perfection.
We love our grass fed beef sandwich steak served in a warm buttery roll with a dollop or our red onion marmalade. Simple, good ingredients served in a flash.
100% Grass Fed Beef
To defrost the steaks, place into a bowl of cool water (still in their packaging) and leave for approximately 5-10 minutes.
Take a castiron griddle pan and heat until it is smoking hot.
Lightly season the steak with pure sea salt and black pepper.
Add a little Beef Dripping or Ghee to a castiron pan and take to a high heat.
Place the steak into the centre of the pan and cook on once side for 30 seconds. Flip and cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
Remove from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
Do not over cook the steaks, they need just one minute to be cooked to perfection.
