Our Beef Short Ribs are a versatile cut, well suited to slow cooks, as well as cooking on the grill or on the barbecue.
The deeply flavoured meat has robust bite and texture that marries exquisitely with the sweetness of the layer of fat as it melts. Full of marrow and collagen, when slowly cooked yields gratefully to create the most wonderfully flavoursome sauce.

100% Grass Fed Beef
To defrost the Short Ribs, place into a bowl of cool water (still in their packaging) and leave for approximately 35 minutes.
Once thawed remove the ribs from their packaging and dry off any excess liquid.
Preheat a fan assisted oven to 150C.
Season the ribs generously then place into a good sized roasting dish, nestled in amongst some chopped root veg and garden herbs. Submerge under a generous glug of wine or beef stock.
Cook for five hours, until the meat has fallen away from the bone.
