A nutritious 100% organic stoneground spelt loaf. The addition of a 63 year-old sourdough starter and a great selection of organic seeds makes this loaf high in fibre and vitamins and naturally low in gluten.

Our seeded spelt bread is a great tasting loaf, brilliant for digestion and made tasty with sourdough and seeds.

A fascinating flour; Spelt was first developed over 9000 years ago and can be identified throughout history right up to modern day breads like this lovely loaf. Known as the "marching flour" by the roman armies, it is a great loaf to start the day.

This bread will keep up to 3 days from delivery stored in a cool dry place, but it is at it's best within a day of arrival.
