These delicious recipes have been crafted by River Cottage's Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall in partnership with Hollis Mead Dairy.
Hugh says, “It’s been great working with the Hollis Mead team and the fantastic organic milk from their pasture-fed only herd. Together we’ve created this delicious kefir, brimming with billions of bacteria (the good kind!). The quality of their milk gives a distinctive creaminess alongside the subtle tang of the live cultures”.
With no added sugar, or anything artificial, these incredible kefirs are made using 28 different live cultures - creating little bottles of gut-loving goodness.
