Swanaford Classic Cuvée
 
This award-winning, vintage sparkling wine from the distinguished Swanaford Vineyard in Devon is made from the classic Champagne varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This delicate and well balanced wine finishes with a soft fresh hint of sweetness. 
  
Appleby's Cheshire - Raw Cow's Milk 
  
 This wonderful Cheshire cheese is a unique and complex Cheshire, with a crumbly texture and a zesty, full-bodied and tangy flavour.
  
Westcombe Raw Milk Cheddar - Raw Cow's Milk 
  
Handmade from unadulterated, raw cows' milk, Westcombe Cheddar has a deep complex flavour with long notes of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. These long notes have given way to its tongue in cheek nickname of the 'five mile cheddar' as you're still tasting it 5 miles down the road! 
  
Cropwell Bishop Stilton - Cow's Milk

Baron Bigod - Raw Cow's Milk 
 

This is a truly exceptional cheese; made with raw milk from Jonny and Dulce's herd of Montbeliarde cows. The cheese has a silky texture and a golden curd, with long-lasting complex flavours of farmyard, morels and warm earth.

 Sourdough Crispbread - Peter's Yard 

 Crispbread that is inspired by a love of Sweden.  We select simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and our precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. 

Sweet Onion Marmalade - Rosebud Preserves 

A sweet yet piquant blend of English onion, molassed sugars and white wine vinegar. Superb with Chicken Liver Pâté and Blue Cheese. 

Cheese Care 

It is necessary to apply a common sense approach to cheese care and respond to the cheese you have in front of you, as opposed to following rigid guidelines.

The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.

Our cheese boxes are sent out with 7 days shelf-life.
