Gilt & Flint's Pear Cider Vinegar is made from 100% Conference pairs. It is unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no preservatives added. With a distinctive soft pear taste, it is a delightful alternative to apple cider vinegar.
Pressed the traditional way in East Devon and allowed to naturally ferment and mature, this special edition pear vinegar has been two years in the making.
The vinegar is 5% strength - perfect for salads, marinades, chips, pickling and can be used as a drinking vinegar or to make ferments.
Store in a cool dry place and by use by date on bottle.

Gilt & Flint Organic Brewery is based on the beautiful 65 acre organic Haye Farm in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Using the environment as inspiration, their drinks and vinegar are driven by their desire to create delicious and sustainable products fit for the twenty first century.
Gilt & Flint make their drinks using the finest ingredients from the UK in a truly harmonious circular system. Using age old traditional brewing techniques they create organic modern new world beers, ciders and soft drinks. The free roaming, organic, gilt pigs living at Haye Farm eat all of the agricultural by-products from the drink making processes and in turn fertilise the farms flint fields. Even the water added to drinks is of the finest sustainable standards, coming exclusively from the spring deep within the organic fields.
