Gilt & Flint's Pear Cider Vinegar is made from 100% Conference pairs. It is unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no preservatives added. With a distinctive soft pear taste, it is a delightful alternative to apple cider vinegar.
Pressed the traditional way in East Devon and allowed to naturally ferment and mature, this special edition pear vinegar has been two years in the making.
The vinegar is 5% strength - perfect for salads, marinades, chips, pickling and can be used as a drinking vinegar or to make ferments.
