Why we love this
The pinot gris grapes were hand harvested in October before being removed from the stems and crushed. The juice are left to soak in contact with the skins for periods of 24 - 48 hours to extract flavour, colour and tannin, before transferring the free run juice into stainless steel the fermentation to takes place naturally, by relying upon wild yeasts.
A great pairing with aromatic Asian dishes, this classic English wine makes a fabulous accompaniment to food.
Nose: Vibrant white nectarine, peach, citrus and tangerine
Palate: Bursting with more sour stone fruit, a grippy texture from the skin contact, a taught and grapefruit-like acidity with a touch of spice on the mid palate.
