Water, Red Lentils, Coconut Milk, Ginger, Dessicated Coconut, Garlic, Lime Juice, Coconut Oil, Green Chillies, Salt, Mustard Seeds (MUSTARD), Garam Masala, Tumeric.
Best defrosted before cooking.
Pour the dhal into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occassionally.
Serve with flat breads.
