Our Pork Escalopes are lean slices of our award-winning Native Breed Pork that pan fry in just minutes. Although cut thinly, our pasture raised Pork Escalopes are full of flavour, releasing a sweet nutty taste with each bite.
Try coating the pork escalopes in breadcrumbs and frying to make the most divine schnitzels. Or simply pan fry and add to sandwiches or toss through a vibrant salad.
The perfect choice for those who love pork steaks but are looking for a leaner and healthier alternative.
Take a cast iron pan and place on a high heat.
Lightly season the escalope with salt and pepper.
When the pan is smoking hot add the escalope to the pan. Cook for no more than a minute on each side.
Finish by squeezing a little lemon juice over the escalope and serve.
When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
