About our Saddleback Whole Ham
One of the most special things to eat, a real show-stopper.
Our Saddleback Ham is traditionally brine-cured and air-dried, creating a wonderful texture and flavour for a mouth-watering feast. We then slow cook each ham for around 8 hours until it melts in the mouth.
For our oak smoked Saddleback Ham, we prefer a light fragrant smoke over oak chips, not too strong so that it enhances rather than disguises the stunning flavour of our Saddleback ham.
We recommend 3 portions per kg. Please note that the whole ham does not come breaded, this is a recipe suggestion for our 'Scandi Ham'.
