Apples (83%), Puff Pastry (6%((Wheat Flour [WHEAT], Concentrated Butter [MILK], Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Wheat Starch [WHEAT], Concentrated lemon Juice, Salt, Alcohol, Wheat Gluten [WHEAT], Fruit & Vegetable Colouring (Carrot, Apple, Lemon), Inactivated Yeast, Natural Flavouring [MILK], Caster Sugar, Muscovado Sugar, Double Cream [MILK], Butter [MILK].

100% Grass Fed T-Bone Steak
Bring the steak to room temperature and dry all over with kitchen towel. Season lightly with sea salt and pepper.
Take a hot castiron pan and without adding any oil place the steak fat side down in the centre of the pan. Cook on this side until more of the back fat has melted and is a good brown colour.
Lay it on its side and cook for 2-3 minutes. After this, turn over onto other side for another 2-3 minutes.
At this point the steak should be wonderfully seared. Reduce the heat down a bit and keep on turning the steak every 2 minutes for around 15 minutes.
It will take around 10 mins, you are aiming for a core temperature of 40°c. After this the steak should feel slightly springy when pressed.
Remove and cover loosely with foil to rest for around 15 minutes at room temp.
Slice and serve with a good red wine for a wonderful feast.
Fieldgoods, Apple Tarte Tatin
Best cooked in the oven from frozen. Not suitable for a microwave.
Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas Mark 6.
Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook 45 - 50 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Apple Tarte Tatin
FieldGoods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer.
Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
Fen Farm, Baron Bigot I Love You
The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.
For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
