Product details
Instead of the traditional Chinese Cabbage, this super tasty Organic Kimchi-Kraut is made with fermented white cabbage, red peppers, carrots and onions. Mild chilli flakes, garlic and fresh ginger provide the gentle heat a good kimchi is known for.
The carefully sourced organic ingredients are expertly prepared and left to ferment for 3-4 weeks to create a thriving community of gut-loving, good bacteria.
The raw mix is scooped up by hand and placed into glass jars, unpasteurised, this ensures all the lactic acid cultures from the fermentation process remain active and alive, and are busily thriving - making this little jar seriously good for your gut.
There are few greater things in life than a kimchi filled, clothbound cheddar toasted sandwich. Melted cheese flecked with fiery chilli-spiked cabbage, held together by wedges of tangy sourdough - delicious! We also love this Organic Kimchi Sauerkraut served with Asian dishes or slathered onto burgers - it is just so versatile.
