  • A lighter style of Pinot Noir from Southern France. Easy drinking and great value.

    Made by Claude Serra, a professor at the Montpellier University of Oenology so he really knows what he is doing! 100% Piot Noir grown on a very fast draining soil (chalk/marl) near Montpellier with all the grapes still being hand harvested.

    There is a ‘cool’ fermentation, to emphasise the fruit flavours and retain as much freshness as possible.

    Aromatic and full of red cherry flavours followed by hints of a ‘smokiness’. A very well-balanced wine with good acidity, structure and fine, roipe tannins.

    We like to pair this Pinot Noir with Lamb or Mutton or Duck dishes. It's also a great choice if you're serving a charcuterie board.

    Nose: With wonderful aromas of wild strawberries, red current and a touch of smoke.

    Palate: The mouth is well-balanced between acidity and structure.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
