  • Lightly salted, creamy hand-rolled and butter is a thing of pure beauty- once you have tasted butter this good, there is no going back. Slather it on some delicious sourdough or a crumpet for breakfast, or use it to whip up some super special bakes.

This beautiful butter comes from a rather special farm; Hollis Mead Dairy, based in nearby West Dorset. The team at Hollis Mead are on a mission to disrupt the dairy industry with their unapologetic mission to produce wholesome, eco-friendly dairy produce that makes a noise about nature.

"Good ol’ fashioned dairy that tastes like a dream and is known for its cream is our religion. We worship wildlife, have faith in organic farming to the extreme, and pray to the glorious goddesses of milk – our beautiful cows. We’re not a big, faceless entity; we’re a band of merry milksters, living and breathing life on the local land we love." Says founder Oliver Hemsley, who nourishes this heavenly farm along with the help of his family.

Breakfast Tea & Toast Porridge

The taste of buttered toast and milky tea captured in a bowl of comforting oats. The buttery breadcrumbs give two textures; one soft when cooked in with the oats, and one crunchy as a garnish. Your challenge is to not scoff them all before you get around to making your breakfast.
