Naturally sweet and delicately sparkling, this fine single-variety cider is fermented extremely slowly in order to yield the most wonderful aromatics and the perfect amount of sweetness. Amber in colour with a slight fizz, this cider is a joy to drink. 

Using wild yeasts, this cider conjures ripe summer berries with floral notes and a medium tartness to finish. 

Sweet and full-bodied with a beautiful poise, pair with sharp cheeses for an amazing treat.

Wilding Cider is the birth-child of Sam & Beccy Leach, a couple whose divinity with cider-production has been years in the making. After a fantastic run in Bristol running the acclaimed restaurant Birch, they moved just down the road to nearby Chew Magna where they started their cider-making with gusto. 

Their traditional orchards contain full size 'standard' trees, spaced 8-10 metres apart in order for any sheep or cows to graze underneath the trees. Resplendent with bio-diversity, the orchards are not sprayed and fertiliser is not added. This is really cider-making the way our ancestors did. 

By using traditional cider apple varieties, all their ciders are created by minimal intervention, fermented with wild yeasts and free from sulphites, filters or pasteurisation.  Fermented in small batches, the ciders are clean, unique and full of complexity with a wonderful array of flavours. These exceptional ciders are fantastically created and gorgeous to drink. A historical cider created in modern ways.
