      • This wonderfully indulgent traybake comprises creamy Belgian white chocolate, fruity mincemeat and crunchy almonds, offering all the flavour of a bakewell tart, with added festive flavours.

        Just as perfect served with a glug of cream for pudding as it is sliced and enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee. 

        Servings vary, depending on portion size, but we recommend it would serve at least 12.

      • Butter (MILK), Sugar, Flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), White Chocolate (Sugar, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Mincemeat (Vine Fruits 36% - Currants, Raisins, Sultanas, Sugar, Apples, Cider, Rapeseed Oil, Citrus Peel - Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Brandy, Acetic Acid, Mixed Spices), EGGS, ALMONDS, Cornflour, ALMOND extract (Rapeseed Oil, Moroccan ALMOND oil)

      • Once fully defrosted, this traybake is ready to consume. 

        Howver, for optinum taste and enjoyment, we recommend you warm slightly before serving. To warm, place in a microwave for about 15 seconds, or on a baking sheet in the centre of a moderate oven for between 3 - 5 minutes.

      • Store in an airtight container once opened to keep the product as fresh as possible. Enjoy within 5 days of delivery. 

        All of Willow & Finch products are suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of delivery and consume within 2 months.

      Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
