We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been awarded Slow Food’s Best Butcher in England for 2023.

Slow Food is a global, grassroots movement that seeks to promote a better way to eat, whilst celebrating food traditions and protecting our edible biodiversity. Slow Food’s prestigious annual awards programme invites the public to nominate their favourite Butcher, Baker, Greengrocer, Fishmonger, Delicatessen, Cheesemonger, Food Market, Restaurant / Eatery and Slow Food Product. According to Slow Food, “each winner is a champion of good, clean and fair food and represents the very best of their craft.”

Here at Pipers Farm we are beyond thrilled that the public have voted for us as their Butcher of the year, recognising our outstanding commitment to ethical farming and quality meat.

Ever since our launch in 1989, we have strived to be a trusted destination for meat that is produced sustainably and in harmony with nature. We work tirelessly with our carefully considered network of likeminded farmers to produce food that is wholesome, healthy and delicious. We are so proud to have built such a wonderful community of customers who share our deep-rooted values and trust us to put the very best quality produce on their table.
