In order to make the finest Natural Skyr Yoghurt in the UK, the Fen Farm dairy team travelled all the way to the geothermal farmlands of Iceland, to meet traditional Skyr master, Thorgrimur. They learned the ancient art of Nordic yoghurt making, which is reflected in this delicious product.

Yes, you can freeze Grass Fed milk. For the best results, freeze on the day of purchase and remember that it will expand when frozen. When you are ready to defrost it, always do so in the fridge, never leave it out to defrost at room temperature.
Skyr is a thick, creamy yoghurt that originates in Iceland. It is traditionally made from skimmed milk, so boasts a lower fat content than Greek yoghurt. Skyr offers high levels of protein, and is packed with healthy live bacteria.
Kefir is typically made with using cow’s milk.
