      Frequently Asked Questions for Natural Sausages & Burgers

      All of our sausages and burgers are made by our very own team of passionate butchers. This allows us to control each and every aspect of production, and ensure the products are the very best quality, for the ultimate eating experience.
      Yes, our sausages can be cooked from both fresh and frozen. To cook from frozen, preheat your oven to 180C. Remove the sausages from their packaging and split them up, being careful not to tear them. If they don't all split apart, you can detach them half way through cooking.  Place on a baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Cook for around 30 minutes, until they are golden brown.
      Yes, all of our poultry are completely free range. Once our turkey chicks have feathered up they are moved outside where they spend the summer ranging freely on grassy hillsides, actively developing strong bones and muscles. When we say 'properly' free-range we mean it!  Our bronze turkeys have plenty of space in which to thrive, they are in a healthy outdoor environment where they build up natural immunity and can freely exhibit all their natural instincts including dust-bathing, displaying and calling to their flock - all making a magnificent sight and contributing to an unmatched taste and texture.
