      Here at Pipers Farm, we love to cook over fire year-round, whatever the weather and whatever the dish. But of course there are some items from our range of slowly reared meat that are perfect for the BBQ. Our sausages, steaks and burgers are BBQ classics, whilst our chicken wings and pork escalopes are delicious marinaded and then cooked over flames. Seafood is often overlooked when BBQ season arrives, but it can make a wonderful addition to your BBQ feast. Our Surf & Turf box includes a delicious selection of the finest sustainable seafood and grass fed beef, including a Monkfish Tail, Hand Dived Scallops and Sirloin Steaks, all meticulously prepared and ready to throw onto your BBQ.
      Our meat tastes sensational simply seasoned with sea salt and a crack of black pepper and prepped with a good drizzle of olive oil.       In addition to the livestock reared on Pipers Farm HQ, we also work with 45 incredible, likeminded farmers who we know and trust rear livestock to our exact standards. Farming sustainably and in harmony with nature is vital to us, and we work hard to ensure our entire network of farms adopt the same ethos as we do.
      It's completely safe to cook our sausages and burgers from frozen on a BBQ. We recommend placing over indirect heat, and keeping an eye on them as they sizzle, to ensure they are flipped regularly and evenly cooked.
