  • Discover our award winning free range rolled turkey breast and leg stuffed with a stunning handmade and cranberry & hazelnut sausagemeat stuffing.

    With our rolled and stuffed turkey carving couldn't be more simple, you can make sure everyone gets just the right portion and there is no waste (unless you size up so you have some delicious leftovers).

    Product includes:

    - Properly free range turkey breast stuffed with cranberry & hazelnut sausagemeat
    - Properly free range turkey leg stuffed with cranberry & hazelnut sausagemeat

    Choose from 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 portions. All products will arrive frozen ready to pop straight in your freezer. We do not use any preservatives in our stuffing, sausages or turkey stock so we recommend keeping your turkey in the freezer until you are ready to cook.

  • Free Range Rolled Turkey Leg & Breast: Cranberries , Grass Fed Salt Beef, Hazelnuts(NUTS), Apples, Native Breed Pork Fat, Parsley, Onion, Coriander, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES), Black Pepper.

    *Oats used in our products are gluten-free and have been specially produced, prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.

  • Once thawed, remove from packs and allow to reach room temperature before cooking. 

    Place the pack contents into two separate boats of foil in a roasting dish. 

    Preheat your oven to 180oC/360oF/Gas Mark 4. 

    Take a good sized roasting tin and create two separate boats of foil. Place the breast meat into one and the leg joint into the other. Roast in the oven for 1 hour. When cooked, the skin will be evenly browned; and if you pierce the flesh of the breast joint with a small knife or skewer, the juices will run clear. 

    Once cooked, remove the Simplest Turkey from the oven and cover loosely with foil and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

    Carve the brown and white meat so that everyone gets exactly what they want.

  • Delivered frozen ready for you to pop straight into the freezer until you are ready to cook.

    When ready to cook, remove the turkey joints from their packaging, then put on a plate and place them at the bottom of the fridge.

    Make sure you leave space around your meat to allow the air to circulate and ensure it stays dry.

    Allow up to 24hrs for larger joints to fully defrost.

    We recommend you leave your Turkey at room temperature for a few hours before cooking.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
