White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Organic Rye Flour, Salt, Yeast, Flour Improver (Ascorbic Acid) 

These muffins will keep for up to 12 months in the freezer. Once defrosted, use immediately.
