You can't go wrong with a hot dog bun. These finger rolls are enriched with buttermilk and 63-year old sourdough starter and are a wonderful addition to any barbecue, lunch box or afternoon tea. 

Soft and light, these slightly sweet rolls have the classic egg glaze and a brilliant texture, perfect for all manner of flavours that you want to pack your roll with.

White Wheat Flour, Water, Dried Buttermilk, Sugar, Shortening [Vegetable Oil (RSPO Certified Sustainable Palm and Palm Fractions, Rapeseed)], Free Range Egg, Yeast, Salt, Organic Rye Flour, Flour Improver (Ascorbic Acid)

These will keep for 12 months frozen and can be thawed in 30 mins to an hour. Use within 4 days once defrosted.
