Rich, creamy and resplendent with a vibrant blue. The classic stilton should never be far away from any cheese box and this traditional, hand-ladled Blue Stilton is the perfect fit for your cheeseboard puzzle.

Gorgeously rich and tangy with a distinctly unique, strong flavour, Cropwell Bishop's Blue Stilton has a melt in the mouthfeel and velvety soft texture. Buttery and complex, this cheese has a spicy long finish and is sure to be the star of any evening. 

Pair with a smooth red and crusty bread & sweet chutney or a crunchy cracker for a mouth-watering delight.

How to store

Usually despached with 7 days shelf life.

Store in the fridge.

It is necessary to apply a common sense approach to cheese care and respond to the cheese you have in front of you, as opposed to following rigid guidelines.

The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.

For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving. 

If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrs.

We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
