When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes from the kitchen
Turn into all manner of delicious dishes including; burgers, koftas and lasagnas.
To make handmade chicken burgers, add the chicken mince to a mixing bowl along with some chopped herbs, finely diced onions, an egg yolk (optional), a pinch of salt and pepper, and a small handful of gluten-free oats.
Mix together and make sure all the ingredients are evenly dispersed.
Shape into burger patties and fry for 3 minutes on each side, or until the juices run from pink to clear.
