We have picked up several awards for our lovely Lamb and Mint burgers. Made from our lean grass-fed shoulder and leg of lamb. We finely mince fresh lamb and add delicious ingredients including fresh mint and bramley apples to create a mouth-watering burger.

Your burgers and sausages will arrive frozen, simply pop them straight into your freezer and consume before the best before date printed on the pack. We do not add any preservatives to our sausages and burgers so they must be stored in the freezer.
You can cook your burgers and sausages from frozen (see cooking instructions below for more details).
If you have thawed the burgers or sausages, then consume within three days.
Our burgers and sausages are safe to refreeze.

Notes from the kitchen
To cook in a pan.
Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until cooked through.
You can also cook the burgers in the oven.
Place the burgers on an oven tray and into a pre-heated oven set at 180C. Bake for 35-40 minutes from frozen or 15 from fresh.
