Why we love this
Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Ox Heart is full of incredible nutrients like B vitamins and Omega 3, it is also naturally higher in; protein, thiamine, folate, selenium, phosphorus, zinc and is a great way to rack up amino acids that can improve metabolism.
All our Ox Hearts are cut in half. Each half weighs approximately 450g.
100% Grass Fed Beef
Defrost the heart by placing it into a bowl of cool water (still in its packaging). It should thaw in approximately 10 minutes. Once thawed, remove the heart from its packaging and dry all over using a kitchen towel.
Slice the heart into stir fry strips. Season well with good quality pure Sea Salt.
Add a little Beef Dripping or Ghee to a castiron pan and take to a medium-high heat. Add the strips of beef heart to the pan and quickly stir fry. Cooking for around 3-4 minutes in total.
Serve and eat straight away, while still hot.
