  • Our Wild Venison Mince is the perfect ingredient for all manner of delicious dishes like homemade burgers, omega-packed lasagne and winter warming cottage pie.

    Our Venison comes from the wild. It is harvested for vital conservation management, carried out to improve the biodiversity of farmland and woodland habitats and protect fledgling forests. 

    As recommended by The Times “Other online meat suppliers will struggle to match the variety of venison cuts on offer at Pipers Farm: venison osso bucco, venison heart, venison liver — a punchy bit of offal with strong flavours— as well as more obvious cuts such as haunch and a stunning saddle fillet.”

  • Venison

  • Finely dice an onion and cook down for five minutes.

    Add the venison mince to the pan and cook on a medium heat with a cooking time of five minutes.

    To the pan add a tin of chopped tomato, a clove of garlic, a few springs of fresh thyme and a splash of miso or soy sauce. 

    Cook for 15 minutes and serve with pasta or roasted vegetables.
