This loaf is no compromise, no it doesn’t taste like cardboard and no it isn’t packed full of a list of ingredients you would rather not eat. Instead, this loaf is full of the good stuff, made primarily from sorghum flour (a plant based flour) and teff flour (one of the world’s smallest gluten free grains). Loaded with fibrous seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds and with the addition of chickpea sourdough and nutritious psyllium husks this loaf is a great healthy alternative for everyone.
This loaf is nicknames named 'GiFt'. It is our gift to you but primarily through this loaf Hobb's House are able to give bread to children in Tanzania. They have been working alongside the charity Ifakara Bakery Project. Through a bakery set up in Ifakara, bread is donated to malnourished children.
This loaf is made in a dedicated gluten free bakery.
