      • We have picked up several awards for our lovely Lamb and Mint burgers. Made from our lean Grass Fed Shoulder and Leg of Lamb. We finely mince fresh lamb and add delicious ingredients including fresh mint and bramley apples to create a mouth-watering burger.

        Perfect for sizzling on the BBQ or pan-frying for a feast in a flash. 

        Our Lamb & Mint Burgers are gluten-free.

      • Grass Fed Lamb Mince, Apple, Mint, Chives, Salt, Pepper.

      • For best results, defrost the burgers. 

        Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat. 

        Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan. 

        Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.

        Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve. 

        Sizzle on the BBQ. cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
