      • Is any Christmas complete without a Christmas pudding? The drama of the brandy flame is the perfect way to finish off your Christmas feast. Figgy's Christmas puddings are gorgeously moist, decadent and intensely fruity.

Handmade locally in Devon according to a traditional family recipe, this multi-award winning figgy puddings are coated in a delightful combination of stout and cider brandy, oozing sweetness and fruity undertones.

Choose from small or medium Christmas puddings.

      • Californian raisins, sunflower oil, sultanas, breadcrumbs* (WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), water, yeast, salt), carrots, vegetable suet (certified sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN)), demerara sugar, golden syrup, free-range (EGG), Hanlons Port Stout (5%) (BARLEY), UK Bramley apples, 10-year-old Somerset Cider Brandy (4%), glace cherries (glucose fructose syrup, sugar), ground ALMONDS (NUTS), orange juice, lemon juice, chopped ALMONDS (NUTS), WHEAT flour (gluten) (contains raising agents), orange zest, lemon zest, spices.

*The breadcrumbs are made in an artisan bakery that also handles SOYA, NUTS (including peanuts) MILK, FLOUR, CELERY, MUSTARD and SESAME.

      • To steam: Put the lidded bowl in a steamer or in an inch of water in a saucepan, slow cooker or bain marie. Steam at 100C for 90 minutes (750g) or 60 minutes (350g) with the lid on. Take care that it doesn't boil dry.

To microwave: All microwaves vary, but as a guide we suggest 4-5 minutes (750g) or 2 minutes (350g) based on an 800W microwave. Leave to rest for 5 minutes then carefully remove the lid and upend the bowl onto a serving dish. After a short time, the pudding will loosen and come free from the bowl (if not, squeeze the bowl gently)

Serve with brandy butter or cream for a Christmas treat!

      • Store at room temperature and should be put somewhere dark and dry, away from strong odours.

        Shelf life: 4 months
