Milled from the YQ (Yield and Quality) wheat population bred at the Organic Research Centre, this flour is revolutionary.
YQ flour has great texture and flavour and is great in sourdough breads, pastries and cakes. It's a wholemeal flour which is stoneground from organically grown wheat. This means that all the nutrients and wholesome flavour is retained.
We love using it 50:50 in a crusty sourdough, in a moreish banana bread or perhaps in a delicious custard tart casing.
