We have picked up several awards for our lovely Lamb and Mintburgers. Made from our lean Grass Fed Shoulder and Leg of Lamb. We finely mince fresh lamb and add delicious ingredients including fresh mint and bramleyapples to create a mouth-watering burger.
Perfect for sizzling on the BBQ or pan-frying for a feast in a flash.
Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.
Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
Sizzle on the BBQ. cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
