  • Our Grass-Fed Lamb Loin is a beautifully tender cut, known for its fine-grained texture and rich, buttery flavour.     Our Grass-Fed Loin of Lamb is perfect for simple roasts, but it can also be enjoyed in sandwiches, wraps, or as a gourmet addition to salads. Serve with a fresh mint sauce, or pair with roasted vegetables and a rich gravy for a classic meal. Whether sliced thin for a light bite or served as the main dish, this versatile cut brings natural flavour to any plate.

  • Grass Fed Lamb

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Heat an oven proof pan on the hob.

    Rub a little salt into the fat of the loin and place into the hot pan.

    Sear the loin on all sides for 2-3 minutes. Place the pan into the oven and cook for 15 minutes for rare, and 20 minutes for a little more well done.

    Rest uncovered for 15 minutes before serving.

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Frequently Asked Questions for Grass Fed Lamb Loin

To cook Loin of Lamb, we recommend roasting it at 180°C (fan) for 20-25 minutes per 500g for a tender, juicy result. Allow the meat to rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking to lock in the flavour.
