    Croquetas are a traditional Spanish tapas, great to enjoy exactly as they are - beautifully moreish bites of goodness - or to serve alongside your favourite dipping sauce for an even more flavoursome experience. 

    Choose from a trio of savoury flavours - the finest Cod, Iberico Ham or Wild Mushroom - or opt for all three for decadent party feasting!

    Cod

    Rich, creamy bechamel with locally sourced, slow cooked cod flakes. 

    Iberico Ham

    Crisp and golden brown bites with delicious cubes of tender Iberico ham. 

    Mushroom

    Perfect party food, with the earthy flavour of mushrooms.

  • Cod

    Whole pasteurised cow's milk (MILK), cod (FISH) (Gadus morhua) (cod, water and salt), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, colours: paprika extract and curcumin), breading mix (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt and corn starch), binding agent (WHEAT flour and WHEAT starch), olive oil, shallot, butter (MILK), cream (MILK and stabiliser: carrageenan), pork gelatine. May also contain CRUSTACEANS, EGG, SOYA, MUSTARD, SULPHITES and MOLLUSCS. 

    Iberico Ham

    Fresh whole milk (MILK), Wheat flour (WHEAT), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast), Serrano ham (pork, salt, sugar, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252 and E250), Ibérico ham (5%) (pork, salt, preservatives: E252 and E250), butter (MILK cream, lactic cultures), onion, water, binding agent (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt), salt, olive oil, garlic and spices. May also contain MUSTARD, SOYA

    Wild Mushroom

    Fresh whole milk (MILK), boletus mushrooms (22%), Wheat flour (WHEAT), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast), butter (MILK cream, lactic cultures), onion, water, binding agent (WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, salt), salt, olive oil, garlic and spices. May also contain MUSTARD, SOYA.

  • Deep fry from frozen in very hot oil at 175°C for 4 and a half minutes. 

    Drain on kitchen towel and leave to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

  • Keep frozen below -18 ̊C. 

    Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

OUR MISSION

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
