For best results, defrost the burgers.
Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
To cook on the BBQ, place the burgers away from any direct flames. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes, being carefully not to char the outside too much.
