We make our Native Breed pork burgers just like you would at home, only using whole natural ingredients, with no nasty preservatives or anything artificial.
Made from our Native Breed pork, fresh rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and gluten-free oats.
Our Native Breed pork burgers can be cooked from frozen, making them a family staple to have in the freezer for that impromptu barbeque.
Our pork burgers are gluten-free.
Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Saddle Back Bacon Fat, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar, Basil, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Garlic, Gluten Free Oats (GLUTEN), Water, Salt, Black Pepper.
For best results, defrost the burgers.
Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.
Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
Sizzle on a BBQ. Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
