Our grass-fed lamb neck fillets serve up a mighty combination of flavour and texture. The meat comprises a complex collection of muscles, marbled throughout with sweet, melting fat that releases abundant flavour when cooked.

The texture of our lamb neck fillets is open-grained, by slow cooking you will release the incredible flavour and texture of this classic cut. To make life as simple as possible, our butchers have neatly and thoroughly trimmed the fillets so you can either cook them whole or portion them as you'd like.

Each lamb neck fillet weighs approximately 250g.

Our 100% grass-fed lamb neck fillet has picked up some of the country's best awards, including 1 star in the Great Taste Awards.

"A succulent, flavoursome piece of lamb, juicy and enjoyable with a good depth of flavour in the fat."

        "Good deep flavour, really delicious."

"A tender cut of lamb with a good flavour in the fat."

"An easy to cook lamb neck fillet"

Lamb Neck Broth with Kale, Spelt & Salsa Verde

Our Grass Fed Lamb Neck is the ideal cut of meat for low and slow cooking, as the marbling releases an abundance of flavour when melted. The richness of flavour released from the lamb neck is balanced by the fresh, sweet flavour of the tangy salsa verde.
