We make our Native Breed Pork Burgers just like you would at home, only using whole natural ingredients, with no nasty preservatives or anything artificial.
We combine our stunning native breed pork mince with fresh rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and gluten-free oats to make a properly meaty burger with a delicious flavour. You won't find anything artificial in our handmade, all natural Pork Burgers.
Our Native Breed pork burgers can be cooked from frozen, making them totally hassle free.
Delicious sizzled on the BBQ, baked in the oven or pan fried.
Our pork burgers are made with gluten-free oats and are Gluten Free.
Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Saddle Back Bacon Fat, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar, Basil, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Garlic, Gluten Free Oats (GLUTEN), Water, Salt, Black Pepper.
For best results, defrost the burgers.
Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.
Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
Sizzle on a BBQ. Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
