Made from our Saddleback pork, fresh rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and gluten-free oats. 

Our Saddleback pork burgers can be cooked from frozen, making them a family staple to have in the freezer for that impromptu barbeque.

Notes from the kitchen

To cook in a pan.

Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat.

Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until cooked through.

You can also cook the burgers in the oven.

Place the burgers on an oven tray and into a pre-heated oven set at 180C. Bake for 35-40 minutes from frozen or 15 from fresh.
