  • This elegant expression of Pinot Noir creates a delicate palate of raspberry, vanilla and cream with subtle aromas of strawberry and violet.

    The Pinot noir used to make this rosé was crushed and cold macerated for 14 hours to extract both colour and body. It then underwent fermentation, with 35% in American oak and the remainder in stainless steel tank.

    A food friendly rosé, this is the perfect alternative to a lightly oaked white. Pair with poultry, seafood and pork dishes.

    Nose: Freshly picked strawberries and violets, with cream 

    Palette: Delicate and subtle, with hints of raspberry and vanilla

    About the Maker

    Knightor is a producer of premium quality English wine, located in a tranquil location above St Austell Bay, Cornwall. 

    Their approach is to allow the grapes to express themselves often in short run, exclusive wines. Cool ferments and light touches of oak, with careful blending and ageing to achieve depth and balance. The climate and low yields allow Knightor to produce lighter, fruitier, lower ABV wines with minimal intervention.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
