  • Medium bodied and smooth, with a lightly off-dry finish, this white wine offers a complex palate of flavour and a hint of spice. 

    Comprising a blend of Siegerrebe and Seyval Blanc grapes, both varieties were destemmed and gentle pressed separately before fermenting cool in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics. The wine was shortly aged before being blended and bottled. 

    A versatile, food friendly wine, perfect to pair with poultry, pork and fish dishes. We particularly enjoy drinking it with a grazing board of pickles, cheese and charcuterie. 

    Nose: A strong aroma of roses, lychee and pear 

    Palette: Lychee, with a hint of citrus and spice

    About the Maker

    Knightor is a producer of premium quality English wine, located in a tranquil location above St Austell Bay, Cornwall. 

    Their approach is to allow the grapes to express themselves often in short run, exclusive wines. Cool ferments and light touches of oak, with careful blending and ageing to achieve depth and balance. The climate and low yields allow Knightor to produce lighter, fruitier, lower ABV wines with minimal intervention.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
