    Sharp and creamy Cropwell Bishop blue cheese is paired perfectly with sweet red onion marmalade and our award winning Grass Fed Beef - these burgers are an absolute winner for any outdoor feast. 

    Just like all our burgers, our Blue Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade Beef Burgers do not contain any preservatives, chemicals, or anything artificial and are completely gluten-free.

  • Grass Fed Beef, Blue Cheese (MILK), Red Onion Marmalade, Onion, Gluten Free Oats*, Salt, Black Pepper

    *Oats used in our products are gluten-free and have been specially produced,prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.

  • For best results, defrost the burgers. 

    Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat. 

    Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan. 

    Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.

    Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve. 

    To cook on the BBQ, place the burgers away from any direct flames. Cook on each side for 3-4 minutes, being carefully not to char the outside too much.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
