Traditionally served at Indian weddings as part of a thali, this North Indian inspired Black Chickpea curry is made using nutty textured dark chickpeas, caramelised spicy onions and cooked in a tomato masala and topped with fresh coriander.

Chickpeas, Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Chillies, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Sugar, Blend of Mixed Spices, Coriander, Mustard Seeds
On the hob: allow to defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a casserole dish, saucepan or tray and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot.
Microwave: remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. Heat for 2 min 30 seconds then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min.
Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.
How to store
Bini Fine Foods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer.
Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
