      • Handcrafted using heritage starters by expert cheesemakers, this exquisite cheddar is clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. Crafted from the finest locally sourced goat’s milk.

        Vibrant, almondy, buttery: a delightfully different goat’s milk cheese. This cheese is unlike anything you have tried before.

        With over a century's experience between them, the Quicke's families team of expert cheesemakers understand that what they do is an art. Using all their senses, they individually craft every cheese by hand. The recipes they follow date back generations; each batch of cheese is started using a culture that has remained unchanged for decades.

      • Pasteurised Goat's Milk (MILK), Cornish Sea Salt, Starters, Vegetarian Rennet.

      • Usually despached with 14 days shelf life.

        It is necessary to apply a common sense approach to cheese care and respond to the cheese you have in front of you, as opposed to following rigid guidelines.

        The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.

        For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving. 

        If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrs.

      Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

      All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
