    Our Grass-Fed on the bone Sirloin Steak is a true showstopper. Generous in size, beautifully marbled, and packed with rich, deep flavour, this is a cut made for slow, indulgent dining. Cooking on the bone enhances its natural succulence, delivering a steak with an irresistible depth of taste and a meltingly tender bite. Whether sizzling over fire, seared in a pan, or roasted to perfection, it’s ideal for sharing and promises an unforgettable dining experience.

    Raised with care on lush, green pastures, our Grass Fed cattle produce a cut that is both sustainable and superbly flavourful.

    After our native breed cattle are slowly reared to maturity, each carcass is hung on the bone for up to four weeks. This traditional dry-aging method allows the meat to develop a wonderfully rounded depth of flavour and exceptional tenderness.

    Each steak weighs approximately 600g and is perfect for two!

  • 100% Grass Fed Beef.

  • Bring the Sirloin Steak to room temperature and dry all over with kitchen towel. Season lightly with sea salt and pepper.

    Take a hot castiron pan and without adding any oil place the steak fat side down in the centre of the pan. Cook on this side until more of the back fat has melted and is a good brown colour.

    Lay it on its side and cook for 2-3 minutes. After this, turn over onto other side for another 2-3 minutes.

    At this point the steak should be wonderfully seared. Reduce the heat down a bit and keep on turning the steak every 2 minutes for around 15 minutes.

    It will take around 10 mins, you are aiming for a core temperature of 40°c. After this the steak should feel slightly springy when pressed.

    Remove and cover loosely with foil to rest for around 15 minutes at room temp.

    Slice and serve with a good red wine for a wonderful feast.

  • If you're not cooking your bone in sirloin steak right away, store it in the freezer where it will stay fresh for up to 6 months. Once defrosted, keep it in the fridge and use within 2-3 days.
