This tasty filling is made using Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. This filling becomes smooth and balanced using a base of delicate and creamy cheeses. Try it with simple oil and cheese or with a mushroom sauce. A real treat for all truffle lovers!
Each tortelloni is individually folded by hand in order to incorporate more delicious filling.
The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and is made using a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour that allows the pasta to hold during cooking.
