This handmade pasta is filled with the finest beef that is slowly cooked with red wine and root vegetables to create an outstanding ravioli. Serve with Béchamel, Mushroom sauce or just with a glug of good quality olive oil and Parmesan Cheese.
The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds during cooking very well.
Pasta: 00 Flour (GLUTEN), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (EGG), Durum Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Salt, Water.
Filling: *Beef 40%, Carrots, Onion, Celery (CELERY), Italian Grated Cheese [Milk Salt, Vegetarian Rennet] (MILK), Red Wine (SULPHITES), Olive Oil, Rosemary, Salt, Black Pepper.
